Clinical Programs
Our Programs
Access cutting-edge thymus regeneration treatment through our TRIIM-X clinical trial, or monitor your immune system health with our comprehensive diagnostics program.
TRIIM-X Clinical Trial
The TRIIM-X trial is the follow-up to our landmark TRIIM study that first demonstrated thymus regeneration and epigenetic age reversal in humans. This expanded trial includes both men and women, with an optimized treatment protocol.
Our program is adaptive, with adjustments made at frequent intervals based on blood draws, safety monitoring, and cutting-edge biomarkers of immune status and aging status. This is a program for individuals who are interested in leading a significantly longer and healthier life.
What to Expect
A structured program with clear milestones and comprehensive monitoring throughout.
12-Month Program
The program entails a full year of treatment and diagnostics.
5-10 Blood Draws
Approximately 5-10 blood draws and consultations throughout the program.
2-5 Appointments
Approximately 2-5 appointments with physicians and program staff.
Intensive First Month
The first month is typically the busiest with baseline assessments.
Where to Start
Complete a brief online survey to help determine initial eligibility for treatment. We will then discuss your health status and determine your enrollment options.
If enrollment makes sense, we will discuss the logistics involved and begin to arrange initial baseline blood draws and assessments.

Immune System Monitoring Program
For the first time, we are making the same advanced immune system testing used in our TRIIM and TRIIM-X clinical trials available to individuals across the United States.
This program provides comprehensive immune function analysis, including T cell subset profiling, thymic output measurements, and aging biomarkers—the same diagnostics that enabled us to document immune system regeneration in our landmark trials.
Complete Immune Profiling
T cell subsets, naïve/memory ratios, thymic output markers
Biological Age Assessment
Multiple epigenetic clock measurements including GrimAge
Available Nationwide
Blood draw at any major lab, results reviewed with our team
What's Included
Full T cell, B cell, and NK cell profiling with subset analysis
Recent thymic emigrants (RTEs) and naïve T cell measurements
Horvath, Hannum, PhenoAge, and GrimAge biological age measurements
Results review and recommendations from our clinical team
Understanding Immune Aging in the Era of COVID-19
The COVID-19 pandemic highlighted what immunologists have long known: aging is the single greatest risk factor for severe outcomes from infectious diseases. The dramatic age-gradient in COVID-19 mortality reflects the progressive decline of immune function—immunosenescence—that occurs with aging.
Our immune monitoring program uses the best available immune assays to assess the aging status of your immune system. By measuring thymic output, T cell diversity, and other key markers of immunosenescence, we can identify individuals at elevated risk and track the effectiveness of interventions designed to rejuvenate immune function.
Our team published research on this topic, examining how immune aging contributes to COVID-19 susceptibility and how thymus regeneration strategies might reduce vulnerability to this and future pandemic threats.

The Immortal Thymus Project
The first lifespan study powered by a thymus that never grows old. We've proven we can regrow the human thymus. Now we're asking what happens when we never let it age in the first place.
This groundbreaking study will test whether continuous thymus maintenance from early adulthood can dramatically extend healthy lifespan in mice—laying the foundation for translating these results to humans.
Led by Dr. Greg Fahy, the scientist behind the original TRIIM trial, this project represents the next frontier in thymus-based longevity research. Founding backers receive exclusive access to study updates, data, and recognition.
